iOS 5 To Be Released on October 12

I'm in the UK and I start work at 6pm, dangit, I'm gonna have to wait until after work to do it :( i was hoping to have it done so i could play with it while at work.
 
30 min more!!!!

If the sources are true, it will be more 30 mins... Dammit!!!
Cant wait... it will be night 10:30 here in India..
Guess I will do it tom morn..

Only Apple could generate this much...traffic.. about a software update. That being said, I wish they would hurry the F#$$ up already. What is the point of launching at these weird times? Its like further exercise of control just b/c they can.

Mac newb here. How will it be updated? Do I need to sync to my computer? Will it be in the app store on the iPad?
