Siri and navigation wasnt working for a day or so. Other than that, this beta has been pretty flawless. I cant believe how stable it is for a beta. It runs smoother than when I had iOS 5.

I'm glad people are having little issues with this beta. I'm going on a trip soon so I don't want to install the beta right now, but when I get back is I'll probably get install it. Hopefully we will be close to beta 3 by then.

Well it was a bit of an exxageration actually. The app store is kinda laggy, and ive had a few crashes. But nothing at all to make me switch back. Normal usage is actually zippier than 5.1.1

Im starting to think that of those "200 new features" the majority of them are just stability improvements. It seems they tried alot harder to make it more stable than just implementing a crap load of new features for iOS 6.

I bet iOS 7 will have alot of new features, and iOS6 is a foundation for it.

Not an iOS bug, but some developers need to fix their Apps and remove that Google logo from the map view - I think neither Apple nor Google want to see "Google" written on Apple/TomTom-Maps. ;)

Yeah. People need to not redirect to google maps. Most of the buttons that say open in "maps" opens in google maps on safari...

Also the Apple Store app does not work!

And the status bar blend in thing really is ugly.

Well, I've been using beta 1 since it came out and since got a dev account too(used shift-update for beta 1 so I didn't restore from iOS5). Looking forward for beta 2 tonight, restore time for sure.
-auto-brightness is really trying to keep the screen very bright all the time
-auto-correct is even more retarded than before, changing correct words to wrong ones and slightly misspelled to completely different. Sometimes keyboard shortcuts require a 2nd try
-iPad 3 seems to keep cooler, it's very random though. It sometimes heats up for no reason and sometimes keeps quite cool during 3D gaming
-battery life is good(I've got 1d6h standby and 11h usage on iPad 3). It's nice that they finally added the usage times on iPad too.
-photos is buggy, I've saved photos and yet it doesn't show them or upload to photo stream. The photos I've saved are actually saved on the device, it's just not loading them.
-iMessage isn't changed IMO, still inconsistent. Some new bugs include missing "read notifications" and incredibly slow sending.
-Safari is WAAAAY more stable on iPad 3. It used to crash almost every time I switched from Messages back to it, now it never happens. While it doesn't crash as often, it freezes on some websites which means it'll still crash and waste 1-2 minutes of your time while doing so.
-the changing status bar colors need some work, I like the idea but it doesn't look good yet. Black status bar with current safari design on iPhone also looks weird. A silver safari like on iPad would fix this.
-iPad sometimes decides not to rotate without a reboot(also happens on iOS 5)
-multitasking gestures get randomly broken until exiting current app.

When is beta 2 coming out for uk? And also; do you think they will fix maps so it works on iPhone 4? I know the flyover won't work but at this moment it doesn't work like the old maps work; if you get what I mean

Should be available OTA. Go to settings, then software update and you should find option to update to beta 2. I've updated mine the same way and I'm in UK.

A few issues i am having with beta 1.

1. The main issues is that every time I try and make or receive a call it'll immediately go into Speaker Phone mode (icon is blue) but sound will not come from the speaker, or from the earpiece. I switch speaker phone off and the same problem. This happens about 90% of the time. I thought it was a hardware fault but its not.

2. Battery is super fast to drain away. 100% will last only about 6 hours when doing nothing on the phone.

3. Phone is very hot sometimes. not to hot to touch but getting there.

these are the main big ones for me.

Once a week, on iPhone 4, when I go to make a phone call, it'll immediately go into Speaker Phone mode (icon is blue) but sound will not come from the speaker, nor from the ear piece. I switch speaker phone off and the same problem. The only fix is me restoring. It's a bitch.

Hey, did you ever get this problem fixed? I have the issue but can't get it fixed.
I have a few idea on what it could be.
