Tried Beta 3 on my iPhone 4S 16GB Model :
Country - India

Battery life has definitely become better. In fact my battery lasts longer than iOS 5.1.1

They have improved messages. My text messages are actually sent faster than iOS 5.1.1

OS is quite nice and smooth. Phone actually reboots faster than iOS5

Things which suck:
Maps for India is pathetic.
English (India) for Siri has still not been added which means Siri still cannot understand properly
Turn by Turn Navigation does not work
^ Siri Voice navigation is also not available
Location services are not available. (Siri)

I paid $1000 for my phone and its bit of a let down. I really hope Apple fixes or adds features.

As I said a coupla times, took an hour or so of trying, it wasn't instant when it was successful, like 5 mins after the last attempt. There's no exact science, Just gotta keep trying. I'm assuming it'll be more instant by the time GM comes out.

Maybe it's a country specific feature?

Yes...I see it..but nothing more than what wold normally change with the brightness setting or as an optical illusion from the darker background.

Well it doesn`t look like an illusion.....The bars are closer to the edge (I isolated and compared the two in photoshop)

Same issues for me as well.#
But Siri can realise my accent quite good! I am bit concerned about the location services and all those stuffs.

How about battery life on the New iPad? Is is better than on iOS 5.1.1 or it's just the same like on ios 6 beta 1? Thank you for your replays.

Does iOS 5.1.1 work if yes. Use it until official release of ios 6 is release. Still early beta.

Feedback so far it's good as the 5.1.1 r slightly better. It all depends on your device setup and how you use your device.

Ok, thanks. I live in Poland and in beta 1 Siri couldn't search locations for example restaurants here. Can I do this with beta 3? Is it worldwide now?

I know everyone said that you can put your phone number into iMessage on the iPad, but I'm not sure how to do it. When I go into iMessage, there's no option for putting your phone number in. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!:apple::apple::):apple::apple:

I didn't have any hassle doing it. I simply put my phone number in where it asks for additional email addresses. It immediately added it, and sent me a notification pretty quickly, to both iDevices, saying it had been added.

Not obvious, but it worked...

Indian accent has always been a bit hard to understand for me. I am not surprised if you have to wait for that. ;)

Yeah it's worldwide now. It was stated in WWDC 2012. Anyway my App Store doesn't seem to be loading properly. The apps don't really show and whenever I try to download an app the [INSTALL] button disappears. Anyone else having this?

Yeah, same issue with the button for me. I tried clicking in the area where the button should be and it started to download.

I'm concerned about the lack of continuity in iOS6. The whole UI seems a bit random at the moment especially the orange airplay.

Not really an improvement, but Turn-by-turn-navigation voice output is now according to system language, not Siri language. I'd prefer a separate language option here.

I'm having some issues with the App Store..

So I know that it won't ask you for your password when you're downloading FREE apps.

But since there are bugs in the App Store right now whenver I"m scrolling through the Top Paid section, I accidentally hit purchase (TWICE!) and it doesn't ask me for my password-it just buys it and starts downloading..

I'm on BETA 3, can anyone confirm this?

I don't believe it's a bug. In iOS 5, if you download an app, it asks for your password. If you go to download another within 15 minutes or so, it doesn't ask for your password. It seems the same holds true in iOS 6 which is why it didn't ask for your password.

You and me both. I'm in the UK and prefer the US Siri voice to the UK one. I'd prefer it if it chose the Siri voice (like it did in previous betas).

I've been downloading apps many times the past week and the App Store hasn't asked me for my password at all. I have even turned my phone on and off throughout the week and it still didn't ask me. I didn't download apps within 15 minutes of eachother either...

I've been keeping an eye on this post since I found it and it was updated with again with a Siri section. Apparently, Siri says alot more than she/he used to.

It doesn't prompt you to enter it went you download free apps or apps you've already purchased / previously installed.

Yes please! I live in Germany but have set iOS to English. An English Siri reading aloud German street names just sounds very, very weird.
