Looking at the release dates for iOS 5 betas last year, Apple likes both Fridays and Mondays. They've released betas two weeks apart exactly a few times and then released one beta Monday and one on Friday two weeks later, and released a beta on a Monday and a new one on a Friday the very next week. It's unpredictable, but Mondays and Fridays are good days it seems.

I could see it dropping today. It would be cool, although I would probably be at work when it drops. Good thing they're OTA :)

It's amusing to me how obsessively I keep checking this site to see if there's been an update. Patiently waiting...

I hope beta 3 for today!

big trouble with app crash in find my friend. I lost wi-fi lots of time, and my iphone 4 is verry slow!!!

when, when.....

I'm sure it's going to be awhile. They're probably redirecting their development focus to close the in-app purchase loophole as well as finding a way to brick users phones that used the bug that allowed non-developers to install the beta.

I would think that they would release an update to the in app purchases as a 5.1.2 update.

Oh I'm sure they'll release a 5.1.2 update, course who's going to install it just to keep themselves from cheating the system unless it has some new feature. The issue is in iOS6 as well. This all takes time away from beta development. I wonder if they're also wasting time identifying those who bought beta access. Apple is vindictive that way.

Anyone notice that Itunes is not downloading apps with iphone4 w/IOS6?

I hope that Apple releases beta 3 that bricks all devices until the next beta 4 weeks from now so all you non developers using it on your day to day device that only want the next beta to look for a single new UI change can learn a lesson. :) :apple:

What is the matter with you???

The only thing I will say on the subject is that I wish that they dis-allowed app rating/commenting on beta versions of the firmware. There is no valid criticism of an app that can be made from a beta OS.
