GM is essentially the final version. Most times, hardly anything changes from GM to Final.
 
I've noticed added instability to the already unstable facebook application, including more frequent app crashes, which is typically unusual. I also use my headphones quite a bit while talking on the phone, and the answer/end call functionality doesn't seem to be compatible atm. I'm still able to pause/play using iPod or Spotify.
 
What would be funny is if the dev portal went down again, Apple just like messing with us. I'm telling ya! If they were to release both ML and B3 today, they wouldn't make them both available at the same time, they'd seed one and wait a while and seed the other. Simply so the servers don't get screwed up.

I still think their is hope. :(

it won't go down again today
apple would of pushed the iOS beta at the same time,
like they usually do at WWDC,

will be tomorrow.
