Judging by the huge jump in the beta 3 expiry date, I expect beta 4 or GM in September. This has been a reliable indicator in the past.

I think Apple's doubling down on secrecy and don't want something leaked in a beta.

Since forevers. It comes after Golden Master, before GM3, is only available for download by those who don't plan to use it, and makes its user invisible.

You're forgetting the Plastic Master, Aluminum Master, Stainless Steel Master, Bronze Master, and Silver Master...

Oh, and I almost forgot the Plastic Master Supreme, aka the PMS release. iOS is pretty moody at this stage, so beware...

And currently we are in the Master Beta phase.

It's possible they've started brainstorming but I highly doubt they have any working builds they are testing at this point. If they do, they are major major alphas.

Plus, betas don't generally bring new features. What you see now and what you saw in June is what you'll get come the public release, except of course whatever the next iPhone gets exclusively.

Yeah I think there will be more betas. But also the GM will definitely include info about NFC if it is even included in the next iPhone.

I think that the last beta before the GM we will first see:
-NFC info
-New settings string for NFC.
-New images, and resolutions.
-Info about home screen and more than 4 rows.
-More details about FaceTime over cellular. (AT&T's final decision)
