Yeah I expected this monday as well since every iOS 6 beta came out on a monday so far or am I wrong?
DDHope to see iOS 6 Beta 4 In around 25 minutes. Hopefully Apple Doesn't make it another week, but I do not ever recall a month break between any iPhone OS or iOS beta release, which is what next week would put us at. (Correct me if I am wrong)

They usually come out on a Monday or a Tuesday and there are usually 1 to 3 weeks between each release.
Yeah one month waiting 4 an beta update would be quiet long and I think it would be the first time of iOS beta history wouldn't it?
Hopefully they adding some nice NEW things into the next beta version

They usually don't add anything new. All they do is fix bugs most of the time.
You'll be fine, lol. When it's out, it'll be OTA at first followed by the dev center .ipsw. You won't end in trouble, lol. It usually takes about 15 - 20 minutes to download over OTA. You have to have a WiFi connection and I think at least 50 percent battery.
Yeah I mean those lil things like Gear rotates at OTA, even if those features are small I like 'em

I'm hoping that Apple let's us developers finally test the new Passbook application they have. Yes I am aware of the websites that allow a way to get around it, but I want koto be able to use the application and test it the way Apple intends.

But I was under the impression the API calls, and guides are there and published for developers to code for and use it... now... since b1.
I thought Beta 3 expired at the end of Sept? So why would beta 4 come out this month if Beta 3 expires all the way in sept? Just curious.

It may be because Apple is rumored to release iOS 6 in September, so that gives Developers time to update to the GM Release
