Nope... You could upgrade OTA with iOS 5 starting with Beta 2.

Need your apple ID associated with a developer account to be able to download it from the developer portal.

i paid a sum of 7 dolars for installing betas on my ipad and i used to use a beta. So my udid is registered but i do not know where to get the link

Theory, we won't see it today, and maybe not until the 19th. Why? The past few GM releases sparked massive leaks as the GM copy does not require a Dev account to install it. Maybe they are trying to mitigate this?

In fairness to us developers, it would be nice to get the SDK now with support for the larger screen and start getting our apps in order.

I guess we'll see which is a priority at apple.

Search the interwebs. Or pay $99 for the developer account to log in to download. The UDID just lets you install it on your device, doesn't give you access to download the software from Apple.
