Idk if someone has already mentioned this but my AppStore update badge is not clearing. Sometimes you need to reboot and it clears but it doesnt work all the time.
Cant say I've come across that personally.

Don't know if this happens with anyone else, but sometimes I need to click a link twice for it to recognize. The ui shows that I clicked the link but safari doesn't load it unless I click again

This could be a CSS/Javascript problem where tapping once is the equivalent of mouse over and the second tap is the actual libk getting pressed.

Bug I have I hope the next brta fixes is app store saying Ive 3 apos needing updating but I dont ... Hopefully it will clear them.

iOS 7.0.4 iOS 7.1 Beta - Open Close App Animation Jerky Frozen Frames Discovered

I recorded animation with slow motion camera and I discovered that sometimes during the animation frame freezes for 1/60 second. The following videos demonstrate this. This issue is in iOS 7.0.4 as well as in iOS 7.1 Beta.

You have way too much time on your hands.

Wondering if anyone can help but got a feeling I'll have to wait till the 7.1 Public release.

I installed 7.1 Beta 1 last week. Had it for a little while before I realised my music player kept crashing so did an iCloud backup and restored back to 7.0.4 as a new device.

Chose the 'restore from iCloud' option but the backup available says it only works with iOS 7.1 or higher so I can't restore all my stuff. I'm going to have to wait till 7.1 is out aren't I?

Correct, you cannot restore a backup from a higher version of iOS to a lower version of iOS.

"Devices updated to iOS 7.1 beta can not be restored to earlier versions of iOS. Registered development devices will be able to upgrade to future beta releases and the final iOS software." - Apple

They say this, but it's not true. If you're running a beta, you can just plug in to your computer and restore through iTunes, which will restore the phone to the most up to date public version of iOS.

Also, his question pertains to his backup, not merely moving back to 7.0.4, and the answer to his question is that the backup from 7.1 cannot be restored when running the lower version of iOS.

Actually, you can edit the plist.info file inside the backup to change the "minimum iOS version" from 7.1 to 7.0.4. There are instructions elsewhere how to do it. Some say there is a possible downside of certain things in the backup not "remapping" correctly to a lower version of iOS, but I've never personally had any trouble doing this.

I got 3 apps apparently awaiting update though they are not as they just say open. Sure it will be fixed in beta 2.

Yet another bug i found. This time with the keyboard and it actually looks very nice like this lol

Anyone else notice the fact that TouchID is not working with more than one fingerprint or more prone to failures of identification in 7.1B1?

I love this attitude. It's really pushing user experience forward. I, too, am the kind of person who notice small difference in fluidity of animation, but definitely not sensitive enough to observe one freezing frame. However, knowing this one freezing frame is important to apple and eventually would benefit all apple users. Rock on, Igorfilanda!

Glad I'm not the only one. I was hoping it wasn't just a faulty button. Sometimes it just won't get my print and I'll have to relock it and try it again.

I haven't had any issues with TouchID running 7.1 beta. Hopefully an update will come this week

So do I. Well, I did have loads of other crashes prior to having 'Reset All Settings' done, though. Also, I have 'Reduce Motion' enabled, if that's of any help.

I had the Beta on my ipad, but had to Return it because of a pixel error. So now on my new one I seem to be unable to update from 7.0.4 to the beta again and then install the iCloud backup I made while on the beta, because it won't let me activate the device anymore (am not a developer).

Any way how to do this? The only way I found that worked was to do a dfu reset, install an old 7.0.4 backup, then update to 7.1 beta over iTunes. But my 7.0.4 backup is a month old :(
I know I shouldn't have installed the beta not being a developer, but the 5 finger closing gesture sluggish animation on a brand new iPad air was unbearable!

Upgrade to the beta and then restore the previous backup you made on 7.1.

But how? I only know the way via settings/reset everything, and when doing that it asks me to activate the device again, which is not possible.
