iOS 7.1 Beta 3 Bug Fixes and Changes

not bullying. just saying that your posts are hard to read because you keep putting a period after every word. I'm not being mean, or trying to, but just giving you a piece of advice since we all need to read each others posts, and it makes it very hard to understand you. a little grammar goes a long way in a forum if you expect people to read your posts, respond to them and take you seriously.
 
Does anybody know if any of Apple's apps have been removed in beta 3? It is the strangest thing, because after I upgraded to beta 3, I have an empty spot on my second page of apps but I can't remember for the life of me which app was there. Anybody else have this issue?

on my iPad air and iPhone 5, i have no scene any bugs as of yet, both the phone and iPad are running a lot faster and smoother, every loads even faster on the iPad and strangely enough on the iPhone, on cellular data, it is a lot more responsive and faster

Nope, none have been removed. Would've been all over every tech site. 🙂

I had noticed a couple of apps that I had previously are no longer showing up. Because of the wonky purchases in the App Store I had to go to each one to download, but a few just come up blank like they are no longer there. I am guessing it has something to do with the wonky App Store.
 
Anyone have the issue of the red update notification still on the settings icon even after the update?
 
I like iOS 7 and all but all these UI changes are getting ridiculous. I think I like iOS 7.0 beta 3 the best. I like the thin fonts...and the sliders for calls and turning off the phone were OK with me, these buttons are hideous!
 
Hey all, did they by any chance put back the pulsing lightning icon when charging in beta 3?

Aside from some active posters on these forums, I havent read a lot of this bad press, or heard bad opinions. Of the normal public (the vast majority of people with iphones), most people seem to like it, or not care/notice so much.

Or that the general public doesn't really have a public place where they would air their concerns. Just because we don't hear from them doesn't mean that they like it and/or don't have any issues.

Fits more with the design of the app since it doesn't use a white background? Something that differentiates and individualizes the app even simply based on a design decision and not much more than that?

Is it really? That is one of the few things I jailbreak for! I would love to see a side-by-side comparison of f.lux "fluorescent" and/or "halogen" vs this new "reduce white point" feature...anyone? 🙂

It would be great if :apple: made it kick in automatically at night like f.lux, as well have a quick toggle in CC...here's hoping! 🙄

It's not as intense as f.lux but it still is a noticeable deference.

I hope they keep going with it (improving it). There is so much room for them to enhance upon f.lux...with the ambient light sensor already allowing for autobrightness control, it should also be entirely possible for either the ALS or the front facing camera to be used as an "ambient color temperature sensor" which could then auto-adjust the screen's color temperature to match the type of lighting you're in (daylight, cool, warm, etc.). Oh please, oh please :apple:! 😀

Hi C DM,

Yeah you're right, for some reason my UDID changed for the iPad Air, unfortunately I had to put it in recovery mode (takes forever to put a back up back..) and registered the new UDID (no idea why it changed for the same device)

Gonna try the iPhone 5 now, hopefully that process will be a little smoother..

Updated my iPhone 5 , same problem, again a new UDID same solution...

Yeah definitely, just meant my contract is up then. Surprisingly, I have no qualm with using an iPhone 4 for awhile now that it's back up to speed.
