Just like to point out that the Siri bug related to AssistiveTouch has been fixed. In previous betas, pressing the home button too quickly after opening AssistiveTouch would activate Siri.

The wallpaper parallax is now way more pronounced than it was in all previous builds. Quite trippy!

So looks like beta 5 expires all the way on April 14th. Beta 4 expires on March 3rd. Seems like a decent jump.

Not sure if it really means anything, although if I recall correctly, the last few betas of 7.0 (and perhaps other releases) expired on the same date and didn't really push the expiration date out further and further.

I think so far beta 5 is stable. Beta 4 was the least stable build for me as it crashed a lot

Can someone check the background of Siri in 7.1 beta 4? My one was deep black without any looking through it( don't remember the term).

Translucent for me in every beta just like in 7.0.4. It's deep black when reduce transparency is on. Maybe you had reduce transparency on?

Beta 5 seems less stable than Beta 4. In the short amount of time I've used it my iPhone has resprung twice and my iPad has had the blue screen of death (when trying to use Siri) last seen in 7.0.4 :(

On Beta 4 I had a single respring on iPhone in 2 weeks of use.

I think a Beta 6 before GM personally, especially with AirDrop broken as well.

Airdrop has been broken for me for a while now, although I rarely use it so maybe I just didn't notice when it did start working again. No resprings just yet though on either my 5S or my Air.

Can someone check if RSAP (Remote SIM Access Protocol) is available on the Bluetooth services in this release?

Still no forward button in notes and still can't set wallpapers without zooming in. We've come so far. Lol

What bug is that?

The Music app is still in shambles basically. Scrolling through artists with large libraries is still very choppy and unresponsive at times.

The Recently Played playlist is completely broken though. It will load those songs off your computer to the iPad, but when you open the playlist on your iPad it shows as being completely empty. You COULD find the songs under Artist, Albums or Songs however. The playlist just doesn't load them.

IDK if this bug exists on other devices.

Hopefully they get this ironed out the next beta, they can't afford to have another major buggy iOS launch. Although I will say, just about every other experience is near flawless and on par with iOS 6 in terms of speed and stability.

Another annoying thing they need to work on is exiting an app that was located within a folder. There's a one second delay before the screen is responsive if you use a gesture to return to the springboard.

The Recently Played playlist is now fixed for me on all devices. (I'm using iTunes Match)

Anyone on an iPhone 5S running iOS 7.1 beta 5 noticed any weirdness specific to swiping left or right on the home screen where it's very laggy at times and a clear swipe left or right launches spotlight?

I'm also seeing strange issues in multitasking where a clear swipe straight up occasionally does not close the app, it actually bounces down and doesn't close.

For me B5 feels better than B4 and I thought B4 was almost perfect. B5 is iOS6 smooth. This thing is 99%.

I have a iPhone 5, but I went to multitasking to have a play to see if I could reproduce what you said. And for the first time ever I managed to get an app to appear to the left of the homescreen, which I'm quite proud of, lol.

I've only just been trying to play around with airprint, so don't know much about how printing works. Is this normal?

7.1 Beta 5 is by far the fastest iOS 7 release so far. It is up to par to iOS 6 speed. Finally happy again using this little guy (my first gen iPad Mini)

That's certainly off for sure. I'm seeing strange behavior all over the place and it all has to do with interacting with the touchscreen - so for me, it's swiping related.

This is also the first time since iOS 7.1 beta 1 that I did an upgrade, reset all settings and restored from an iCloud backup.

Perhaps I'll follow my usual process which is to restore as new using iTunes and manually reinstall everything and reconfigure all apps (I delete the iCloud backups for every app but my camera roll) manually.

Wouldn't surprise me if this was intended. After all, Print Center isn't an app you can open up from the home screen, but rather it's more of a system app then you can only bring up through a specific menu.
