iOS 7.1 broke more things than it actually fixed..

This is such a small but serious bug that makes one of the fastest smartphones in the market slow. The problem began after 7.1 update.

I have tried the field test mode but with no result. My carrier's name is quite long.

I hope apple does something about this.
