iOS 7.1, where art thou? Part deux

I just got off the phone with Best Buy and they told me I have 15 days after my delivery date which was Feb 27th. So that brings me to Friday the 14th. I've decided that if I don't see 7.1 by then i'll take back my Air and wait for the A8 later this year.

Yeah i'm now actually leaning on returning it. We are just a couple of months for the announcement of iOS 8 and around 6 months for the announcement of the iPad Air 2.

What I'm reading is that GM will come today and then at the end of the week will be final. My guess is they want to make sure the final version doesn't have any catastrophic errors so they'll be pretty much the same thing.
