Chill people, updates er not always released on exactly this time, some times 30minutes later.

There have been releases as late as 6PM EST.

Point is, there is no such schedule, and to operate on that assumption is silly.

There is. There may have been some exceptions, but those are the exceptions to the rule.

Isn't check updates in settings more easier than open browser, type macrumors.com, forums, iOS 7, find this thread, click last page? Sounds lots of work to me

So silly that you think we ever close the tab with this thread open.

That's a myth. Pretty much always the same time.
Mostly around the same time, but even then sometimes about 5 or 10 minutes after the hour, and even about 20 on one or two occasions. It's more of a myth that it's always exactly not the hour of the same hour. That's not to say it will happen with this (or any other) update, but it's to say that it certainly can.

March 31

Apple is known to wait till the very end of the month to release updates. they have in the past.

Seriously now? How many times are you going to change the ETA
If you've got nothing useful to say, don't say anything at all please. Random guesses aren't going to help us.

iOS 6 was released September 19, iOS 5.1 was released March 7.

Well, iOS 7.1 beta 5 seems to expire on Monday, April 14, 2014, so at least that's practically a certainty that some sort of an update (a beta update, a GM, or a public release) would have to come no later than that day.

What sort of information about release timing can you expect? It's all just guessing, it's never really anything more than that.

I still believe the story that the iTunes Festival app requires 7.1. In the past, Apple has released the app a week before the Festival started. The fact that the app still isn't available lends some credibility to that.
