Apple isn't going to put up a "coming soon" badge to just release an update the same day or even the same week. Relax it gonna be another week or two.
I have a feeling it could be tomorrow, just think in 12 hours time news could be surfacing stating the impending release and we will keep hitting that F5 key like there's no tomorrow!!

I can read, thanks very much for asking. OK then. iOS 7.1 today it is then. That second quote proves nothing by the way. It just says what devices CarPlay will be available on.
