No more black background when you close an app, animation on dock folders and everything feels more fluid now on my 4s 
Cant wait for updates to start, really curious how tapbots will redesign apps.

I think the transparency of beta 3 was a glitch and beta 4 is how it should be.

The new redesigned buttons in the phone app literally made me cry.
I loved the flat and thin look. Really really hope they bring it back. It really seems that they're all over the place right now trying to experiment with every possible idea.

Yeah the new button seems a tiny bit weird. It's a beta though so they are going to experiment with things.
I really wish that when GM arrives, Apple gives us a dark theme option. That would be seriously cool. I use private browsing in Safari, because I like the dark theme on it.
As for the icons, I got used to most of them except Safari, Settings and Game Center. I'll be disappointed if they don't change those. They tweaked it in this beta which suggests that they won't be redesigning the icons again. Otherwise, why would they just tweak it?

I think that was always there. Idk I dont use iTunes Radio TOO much so I dont remember seeing it.

Im going to ditch Chrome for a while on iOS 7 and start using Safari. I think I haven't given it use in this version.
This feature will come in handy when you're using your iPod to shuffle music at a church event.
Just a little note. If you want to install Beta 4 (or future releases) from an .ipsw instead of OTA. You will need iTunes 11.1 Beta.
You never know...but it doesn't seem to be necessary, at least not for beta 4 (so far).Well still it wouldn't hurt to install iTunes 11.1
Yeah I just installed it to see whats new. iTunes Radio and Notifications when you play a song is pretty sweet.
Sorry if I'm being dense but how do you get to the notification centre now? From what I can tell a downward swipe now brings up search is that right?
its been the same with every beta. has to be from the top of the screen. spotlight works on any other part of the screen swiping down.
It works like it always did--swiping from the top of the screen downward brings the notification center up (well, down, technically speaking).
Yeah Safari has gotten a bit faster, especially it opens up a new tab. Web pages seem to load quicker too. Pretty cool.
Also have you noticed even when you nicknames off and you go to the Messages app and tap on a message. On the top it still says your friends nickname?
Well for me, it displays the person's first name followed by their first letter of their last name.
The calendar section in the 'Today' view now is a lot smaller and says "No Events" when there is nothing on your calendar.
