Who was it that redesigned some existing ones for ios6 tho? Them or Apple?
The new ones in iOS6 was decided upon at an ad-hoc meeting in 2009. This is fascinating reading if you are interested in such things: http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2010/10025-n3726.pdf

Extrapolating from this there will be no new emojis until the next version of unicode.
2 more betas before GM in September according to some sources
So looking in advance it would make sense for Apple to return to a 2 week release schedule. Beta 5 could be released on August 12th, beta 6 on the 26th and then the GM on September 9th right ahead of the iPhone 5S launch.

There could be a 3 week gap with one or 2, leaving a GM on either 16th or 23rd. I'm guessing 16th tho personally.

The shift key in the keyboard is now easier to see.
Faster animations too thankfully.
The lock screen still has that glitch where the parallax stops for a bit.
They changed the folder colors slightly.
Did you upgrade from Beta 3 (OTA)? If so is it stable. Ive heard it works better if you do a clean install from an IPSW
I did OTA update from beta 2 to 3, and same to 4. Still stable for me.

Yeah I did an OTA update. I'll probably clean install it when the GM is out. Until then the OTA update hasn't given me any trouble.
It definitely feels more stable than beta 3 for me, maybe because of the faster animations, but I'm not too sure yet. I've only been using it for the past few minutes.
