In the clock app under Alarms, there are weird arrows(not sure what they're there for) over the on/off switches now.

It's a Bug. It's the arrow you get when you click edit but it's there without clicking edit. Click edit then done and the arrows should disappear.

Music app scrubber animation

Has anyone noticed that the scrubber animation for the Music.app "travels" much more smoothly?

Also, when playing Music, one tap of the home button will show/hide the clock and the music controls. Very handy if you ask me

Cool! (about the clock)

Also when opening a bookmark from within a folder/homescreen there is a new animation. It will now open from the left, rather than expand. (if you know what i mean).
