Errrr, no it wasn't. It's the little bar in the middle of the notification that's new.

Notification banners were working somewhat differently in earlier betas compared to beta 4 and now compared to beta 5 (which also added a little visual element to the bottom middle of the notification as well). Is that what we are talking about?that notification pulldown animation was there in beta 3. im surprised everyone is saying its new...
Yeah, my iPhone 4S takes like two minutes to boot now.
These betas are more like alphas. I don't see how Apple considers this progress even though it is still beta. Long way to go. Very very very slow to boot also on ipad 3.
In Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data you now have the option to Use Cellular Data ON/OFF
Until you install the new Twitter update
Or, like before, long press the buttons (i.e., tap and hold for a second). They "work" you just have to sloppily tap a couple times.

If you're making iOS7 wallpapers, add 200px to each side to account for parallax cropping."
Aaa... guys?My 4 won't boot up even after 10 minutes, I restored to beta 5 and my udid is registered.

The only problems I have with beta 5 are:
My PGA Tour app crashes every time I open it.
The Twitter app is annoying in that you have to hold down the buttons.
