that notification pulldown animation was there in beta 3. im surprised everyone is saying its new...
Notification banners were working somewhat differently in earlier betas compared to beta 4 and now compared to beta 5 (which also added a little visual element to the bottom middle of the notification as well). Is that what we are talking about?

These betas are more like alphas. I don't see how Apple considers this progress even though it is still beta. Long way to go. Very very very slow to boot also on ipad 3.

An Alpha is almost unusable. Basically the visual refresh with things all over the place, and most things not working.

In Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data you now have the option to Use Cellular Data ON/OFF

Looks like I can finally sync again! Well, at least when plugged in. Wifi sync still doesn't seem to be working on my iPad 3.

Same bug persists showing that my 32GB iPad has about 4GB remaining during the sync process (which is accurate), but as soon as the sync finishes iTunes shows nearly 19GB free space (which is inaccurate).

Also a nice fade from black to home screen animation when using the smart cover to unlock.

Annoying that after a sync you have to go into the App Store before the badge will disappear. This is when I update an app in iTunes.

Setting wallpaper still seems extremely glitchy and slow.

I've had more issues on beta 5 than any other betas. The home screen randomly locks up and won't let me move to other pages. The status bar randomly disappears. Before my phone started randomly playing music. I paused it from the home screen, unlocked my phone and when I double tapped the home button to show the multitasking apps music wasn't even running.
Also I can't rotate my phone in any apps.
I typed this all in portrait mode on my phone out of anger

Example of missing status bar

Serious issue with iOS 7 beta 5

I'm not sure if this is just me or it's a global thing... I found an outstanding issue with the new release. After turning off Control Center accessed in app. Very often I return to Home screen by using multitasking gestures, the system will just show a background image without any icon and I'm getting stuck until I have to hard-reset my device.

Is there anyone getting this issue like me?

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue in the camera app. The timing seems to be off when taking a picture with the flash. The phone is taking the picture about a half second too late and therefore the flash is gone and you end up with a dark picture. Just curious. I did OTA to beta 5. Also, fully aware this is a beta so not too worried. Haha. Just curious.

When updating the contacts from Facebook, it now has a status/loading bar. I would post a pic, but I have the iPhone 5 lock button problem, so I can't screen shot. :/

Idk if this was there but in the photos app when you tap a photo it has a nice animation. Almost like a fast zoom out and zoom in type lol hard to explain the animation

In Messages, links and data detector text are now both underlined and highlighted blue for received messages. For sent messages they're just underlined but white like normal text.

In early betas they were just underlined while more recent betas had them all highlighted blue with no underline.

I still have not gotten answer to this. But ever since beta 4 and now with beta 5. My iPad mini shows an App Store for the phone. And no iPad apps. I cannot revert back to an iPad App Store. I tried clean restore as new. And reset all my settings. Everytime I pull up my App Store on my iPad mini, it shows iPhone apps. And yes it is set to iPad and not iphone apps.

If you're making iOS7 wallpapers, add 200px to each side to account for parallax cropping."

How do I do this? With what program? Settings on that program?

The only problems I have with beta 5 are:

My PGA Tour app crashes every time I open it.
The Twitter app is annoying in that you have to hold down the buttons.

200 pixels? Sounds like a bit much, doesn't it? Does turning off the parallax prevent the zooming? I've never tried but it would make sense...

looks like the wallpaper zoom when parallax is enabled is not as bad as beta 4.

Also noticing my phone has much better LTE signal now in my house and doesn't go on the weak 4G signal like it used to.

When I open my App store, it seems like it's just refreshing endlessly and when I switch to another tab it flips out and goes back to the featured tab. Did a hard reset and still. Anyone else having this issue?

Edit:
Seemed to have fixed it by shutting off background app refresh and turning it back on.
