Mine was downloaded but it says Software Update Unavailable after verifying update.

Error Will Robinson

(Fortunately, most of you are too young to know who that is. Truly the heyday for cerebral TV.... )

Anyway, I'm getting the stupid error.

At the black screen with white Apple installing iOS 7 on iPad Mini! Got lucky I think, a few attempts and once connected downloaded without a hiccup!

Danger Will Robinson! Lost In Space! Used to love that TV show! What was the robot's name?

took 50min on my 40mb/sec wifi network, but at least its done done now and ios7 ROCKS

Finally got iTunes to initiate a 7.0 download but the iPad had already started.

The robot's name was some long name with B9 or M3 or something in the title but the characters all called it robot.

Cheers,

Had a few failed attempts then just made sure all my apps were up to date and no other apps running but the settings, connected to wifi and went for software update, 60 mins later it has downloaded and installed no problems at all, working like a dream

Failed iOS 7

I've been trying for a while, have 3 iPads and an iPhone all got the same message of failure. Apple TS pretty much says keep trying, too many people are downloading.

My iPhone 5 does the "verifying update..." thing and then stops with "software update unavailable". I've tried at least a dozen times now. This is stupid. It's already downloaded! Why does it need to validate if it just downloaded from Apple's server!!!

I was getting stuck at the "software update unavailable" message. Took about 45 minutes and 25 - 30 tries, but it finally went through.

At long last it downloaded, and after two failed verifications, it finally restarted. :D

"no permission to access this resource when updating iPad4" error message in iTunes 11.1?!
is the file partially stored somewhere (os x partition) maybe i can delete it and retry downloading?
