It's been in carrier testing for well over a week. There is no basis for saying well before anything.

So you are saying they are going to do carrier testing for more than 6 weeks? There is plenty of basis for saying well before the middle of October.

Looks like the issues might be limited to iPhone 6 and 6 Plus phones.
