I don't think thats a BUG. It's just something they have not implemented. Surely if it was a bug, the option would be there but it wouldn't do anything?

Huh? It has been there since first beta of iOS 8.0 all the way through 8.1, implemented and working. 8.1.1 beta broke it, still not fixed. Good job by :apple:.

----------

Still broken but there is a workaround. If you close the tabs then close safari from the multitasking tray and go back into safari the iCloud tabs will be gone and will also disappear on other devices. So it still works but it requires the extra step. Better than nothing for now I guess.
I am familiar with this workaround. I just find it unacceptable that such basic functionality goes "unnoticed" (I've opened bug report from first time I saw it) from 8.1.1 beta to 8.1.1 to 8.2 to 8.1.2. Just a shameful state of this software.

Swipe left on an iCloud Tab, and you'll see a delete button. Tapping that button currently does nothing, but did in 8.1.

Safari browser copy paste bug was fixed in 8.1.1 rather than 8.1.2. I know that because i did it a lot of times in 8.1.1 and it was fixed from there
Unfortunately it was still present in 8.1.1 for me and some others it would seem (based on some recent threads). I think there were a few copy/paste issues though, so perhaps one was addressed, but not another, or perhaps it just wasn't something that is working correctly for everyone.

I just tested this, and it works.

There's quite a bit of lag before the tab gets closed on the other device, but it definitely works and the tab eventually disappears under iCloud tabs.

It was actually a bit creepy to be able to close all the open tabs on my desktop safari session using my phone. I had no idea you could even do this until now!

So it does! It takes just long enough that it seems not to work, but eventually closes, and then after a longer delay, disappears from the iPhone.
In 8.1 this all worked nearly immediately, so I guess it's sort of half fixed.

Half fixed? The "latency" you described is the same broken bug in 8.1.1. It's the same in 8.1.2 and 8.2 beta.

In my experience, it didn't work at all in 8.1.1, but maybe I just didn't wait long enough. The delays are long enough that it appears not to be working at all, that's for sure.

Seems like the excessive "other" storage is back. My phone had 31.6GB free right after install, and now its down to 31.2GB and I have not touched the device. My "other" grew from 1.2GB to 1.6GB.

Has anyone else noticed better Wifi-stability? I say stability as that was the main problem with iOS 8 of me. It would be fast then just nothing for ~seconds, waiting or turning wifi on and off would fix it. So far speed tests have been very steady and haven't had a video "pause" because of lack of internet. Only been a few hours but might have fixed my Wifi Issues. ASUS N router on 5GHz.

How is wifi performance?

After update am getting this message with most of my APPs

Just got my 2nd IP6 today, updated it to iOS 8.1.2 and it froze during clearing out my app in the multitask dock

Ah! I didn't even know that was there. I presumed there would be an X or something. I take it back. Broken feature.

Sometimes things crash. A restart will sort it out.

Update broke AirPlay. It works until your screen turns off on the iPad/iPhone

Have you tried a restart?

Airplay is Apple's iOS 8.0 running gag. Every 0.0.1 brings problems. They fix it and break it with the next update. It's an unsolved mystery with the Airplay menu in Control Center on the iPad. Please don't repair misplaced buttons ever. It feels like nobody at Apple uses Airplay. How can you overlook this bug since july?

Spotlight still find deleted mail

Using iCloud mail try to forward a email message to someone. Remember the subject of this message. Then remove it from the Inbox, Sent, and Trash. Then try to find it in the Spotlight using the subject of this message (or the name of recipient in some cases).

Spotlight will find it labeled with blue circle, and you can open it with all attachment files saved. This message will be deleted only after full restore. The same thing happens if you edit a new letter and use gesture of swiping from top to down and press Home button. Magic.
Still no fix for this critical issue in 8.1.2.

PS: iCloud tabs are still undeletable. Multitasking gestures? - Too little time has passed to talk about that.

It still just don't works.

Nothing much appeared to be changed

Just expanded the OTA zip file.
Here's a comprehensive list of what's changed.

Mostly are just Photo+Camera, Ringtone+Music and Passbook related changes. I will be surprised to see improved Safari copy and paste.

It makes no sense. It is a very popular product that they sell and a feature people use everyday!

Have they fixed the issue with Bluetooth? I know not everyone was having this issue, but both my LG tone pro and pebble steel having been having major issues since the 8.1.1 update. Just wanted to see if anyone that has had this issue seen it fixed.
