Trust me….you would notice. It's EXTREMELY annoying. I probably need to take it in to have it looked at. Already did a restore, so who knows…

I just rarely use Landscape. But phone is error free. I would take it in. With millions made a certain percentage will have issues. That way on all phones I have owned. Hope you get it working.

8.1.3 brought back deleted pictures to my library !

I had some nasty pictures on my device that I have deleted them completely from my iPhone few months a go,
Today morning I updated my iPhone 6 to ios 8.1.3 before getting to work. I got to my office and I was going to send an imassage with some pictures.....I opened the Photos app and I was terrorized to see those pictures back to my library!! this is not acceptable from apple!! anyone with the same experience?

info:
-yes, I am sure to deleted them even from "Recently Deleted" folder
-Updated without connecting it to itunes

Not exp on iPhone yet. Can you guys with slow downloads stop and start over. Did that on Android. Sometimes the DLs would just hang and no choice but to start over. Not sure if that is possible here.

Not sure we have any control of our phones anymore. I'll never do online banking. Hopefully no one was looking over your shoulder. #

It might have been on iCloud.

Hi, now i am using a ios 8.1.2 jailbroken on iphone 6. I would like to ask, is there any improvements in 8.1.3 because I should to uprgade and lose JB ? Thanks.

Well, it was a cluster for me. The install failed and bricked my 6+ - had to restore from my nightly iCloud backup. Thankfully I have Amazon photos and Onedrive backing up automatically or I would have lost a few good videos.

Thankfully nothing lost, but was without a working phone for a few hours, and then most of the night it had to redownload everything back onto a 128gb Plus.

Thanks, Apple.

I had a random screen un responsiveness with my 6. Finally went to an Apple Store last night just to make sure it wasn't a hardware issue before I did a restore as new thrash. The genius suggested that I update first. Not a single freeze today. Down from at least 5 per day. It was weird, if a video was playing, it would continue playing but no screen response and no buttons would work. No home or sleep/wake. I am thrilled!

Very frustrated with iOS 8.1.3. Twice this week after ending a phone call I've been unable to quit the damn Phone app. Hitting the home button does nothing, multitasking won't work. I can toggle between the Favorites, contacts, etc etc, but I can't quit the Phone app!

A reboot solves it, but... *sigh*

This happens to me sometimes on 8.1.1

Hi there,

Anyone here with an old iPad3 with the "new" iOS 8.1.3 ?

Does this version make it ok for iPad3 users, or should I wait till 8.2.x ??

I've updated and unfortunately still have stuttering when the Reduce Motion is set to off. I wished I'd stayed with 8.1.1 but such is life. Perhaps things will settle in the next few days....

I have that same issue where my phone call won't end (sometimes), but I haven't updated yet……still on 8.1.2….my phone has A LOT of quirks. I think I need to go to Apple for a repair/replacement :(

Phone call not ending is a very different issue. I'm talking about being able to end the call just fine, but not being able to leave the phone app. :)

I travel a lot, and the phone call not ending (you can keep hitting the End Call button over and over and it doesn't work!) tended to happen a LOT for me in the UK when using my 5s, but VERY rarely in the USA. And bear in mind I'm only in the UK for a few weeks a year, and it happens far too often. I suspect the signal/carrier (I'm on O2 in the UK) is part of the issue. I've not had it happen in the USA in... gosh... many, many, many months, - if not a year by this point.

8.1.3 seems to use much less RAM than iOS 8.1.2 on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 2. According to the utility I use, free RAM is almost always higher than it was in iOS 8.1.2.

This seems to be my case too on my 6+ and iPad Air. Way less ram usage..

Lost signal in the supermarket, as I always do.

But when outside where I usually have 3-4 bars, it wouldn't pick up signal again. Had to reboot the phone.

Never had this issue previously and might become an issue on motorway trips.

Yep, same here with iPad2. Often I have free 50MB even after some extended browsing session. And that makes the whole thing way faster, no more swapping.

Rather pleased with 8.1.3

Glad I'm not the only one! I'm quite happy with this result!

I cant activate phone number on imessage and facetime? Ios 8.1.3...any solution?!

iOS 8.1.3

I have been having allot of dropped calls on my iPhone 6 after the latest update. I am on T Mobile and it never dropped this many calls before the update?

I am also having an issue which has been ongoing with leaving the phone app after I have ended a call?

No noticeable difference on my iPhone 6, iphone 4S or iPad 3 aside the from what the release notes mention.......obviously.....

They fixed most of the UI stutter and lag that mainly got introduced with 8.1.2, at least on the new devices. My iPadAir 2 and iPhones 6 are very smooth again with no stutter. Same applies to safari where they fixed the lag when switching tabs, especially in landscape.
The reduced storage for updates is very nice. My friend yesterday updated from 7.1.2 to 8.1.3 and he only needed 1.8 GB free storage. Before he have needed about 5GB to install which is a huge difference.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if you have spotlight enabled sometimes after an update it will reindex...giving some users the issues with slowness at least for a little while after updating? I have spotlight turned off...all system location services turned off (except Find My iPhone) and I never have any issues with updates for the most part. *Knock on wood*
