General iOS 8.1 Bug Fixes And Changes

I seriously doubt a restore will do me any good. I have only a handful of apps and restored to 8.0.2 when it came out...

Can you tell me or show me a video of your iPad perhaps?
 
Hotspot Schmotspot

So what's different regarding "Personal Hotspot"? It looks the same as it did before under Settings, and says the same thing as before, "Give ATT a call and pay for it sucker."
 
Can anyone confirm that the music synching issue is gone? I hope to god so. Between that and Bluetooth troubles in my car, this whole iOS 8 thing has been a pain in my ass.

Same here. I counted 8 seconds between clicking Reply on this post before it actually loaded the next page. The blue progress bar starts, but it just sits there for anywhere between 5 - 15 seconds before it actually switches pages. It's getting ridiculous. I'm using tons of cellular data because my wifi is useless.
 
Rotation Still Broken

Rotation on my 5s is still broken in 8.1 Even after a hard reset I can't get it to rotate. :(

the difference is that you can now turn it on via your mac, rather than opening your phone menu to switch it on and then going to your computer and connecting to the hotspot. there is an option in yosemite that will connect to your phone via bluetooth to turn on wifi hotspot.

Seriously man this phone is pissing me off now I feel like selling it because of this

however I have Verizon Mobile Share 30GB + 1 gb free so sometimes I can use more data but come on.. how can they not fix this crap..
 
Ever since IOS 8, checking exchange mail in the native app will hang randomly(stuck saying "checking for mail") and no emails will come through. My company uses Exchange 2003 SP2 and I have the iPhone 6. I just updated to 8.1 hoping that would fix it but it hasn't. I have to turn WIFI off and let the phone use the cellular connection to get it working again and emails will come through again. The checking for mail message will go away after wifi is off then if I turn WIFI back on, it works fine for a while until the next time it messes up.

On iPhone 5 turning on zoom in accessibility still turns on greyscale. If zoom is on phone has no color.
 
I hope random reboots for iPhone 6 is resolved. Happened to me at least on an overday basis since I got the phone (3+ weeks)
