Ok, good to hear it isn't just me.

Anyone else having this issue? I've attached what it looks like when you first open a conversation and then what it changes to after a split second.

Same here. Visually annoying but as long as it doesn't affect performance, I won't be worrying too much about it. Hopefully they'll fix it and won't just ignore this minor bug.

iCloud Photo Library it not syncing with the new photos app. And when trying to sync via usb through the new photos app it crashes the app. Also backing up to iTunes doesn't seem to work. At least not for me.

Doesn't annoy me. It's a bit odd. Probably a bug.

Photos crashed for me with iOS 8.2 beta 5 when plugged in. Don't think it's a new bug.

It looks like they finally fixed the huge lag when trying to delete an app. It is now instant.

I've been using 8.3 for the past two hours and Safari speeds have really improved a lot. Switching between 3rd party keyboards and stock keyboard/emoji is very fast now with no lag. iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 running very well and certainly faster and smoother than 8.2 beta 5

I installed 8.3 on an old 4s and siri and dictation do not work anymore also emoji keyboard is laggy, Control Center still works like crap. Weather app still laggy, keyboards are not usable now they are really buggy, and battery drains like 10% every 5 minutes of usage.

Did you perform a restore and install as new or restored a backup onto iOS 8.3 beta 1?

It's a test device so it was a restore and set up as new.
I've found numerous times after restoring as new, that one or more functions don't work properly or don't work at all that resetting the iPhone resolves the issue nine times out of ten. Have you tried that? If not, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Yeah, I did that too.

Proximity sensor gone wonky since last few hrs. Going back to 8.2 B5.

In his defense, registered as a dev and registered by a dev are two different things. Before testflight devs had to register people's devices in order to test apps on them.

True, true. Though iirc its been said on here time and again not to ask about a) getting someone to add your device ID but also where to get the ipsw's. Its not exactly hard to use Google to find a site that will have them.

Oh I agree, just pointing out that there are legitimate reasons why a person might be registered but not be able to just log in.

Group Message Notification

I haven't noticed this on any other beta version, but when you get a group message now on the lock screen notification, it displays the name of the person and then "group" right underneath it. I would never be able to tell if the person was texting me individually or in the group chat unless I opened the messages app.

any improvements for 3rd party keyboards?
I see big improvements so far. The bugs I've had in messages aren't happening and I was able to write a review in the app store using a 3rd party keyboard. I hadn't tried this myself before, but I hear it is an ongoing issue.

I'm going to echo this, so far my 3rd party keyboard experience has (finally) been very good.
