iOS 8.3 beta 1 Bug Fixes and Changes

there is no quick vibrate, nor was there a long vibrate either, i still get the double vibrate thats a little longer than that of a text/imessage
OMG you're right I just tried it!! I hated when it was upside down when pulling it out of my pocket or when I pick up my phone and go to hit the home button and the phone is upside down.
So are you saying you're still encountering all the old issues with third-party keyboards?
Is iCloud Photo Library working for anyone? It was working for me on my iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 8.2 beta 5 but currently stuck on uploading on iOS 8.3 beta 1.
It didn't work for me and I tried it on two fresh installs. Went back to 8.2b5. Is it working for anyone?
Two issues I still have, does anyone else ever get this:
Pressing home once to wake up (to use calculator or flashlight) and trying to swipe up to get to the utilities screen. It will not swipe up 99% of the time unless I press the power button and wake up again or unlock then swipe up. Swiping up for the camera, swiping down for notifications and swiping to unlock always work.
Bluetooth BLE connections on a new product I have keeps connecting then disconnecting. If I revert to 8.1.3 it works (iPhone 6+). I tried with 8.3 on an iPhone 5 and it seemed to work so it must be a iPhone 6+ BLE issue with the betas (8.2b3-5 all have the same issue).

After your response, I started playing with iCloud Photo Library and noticed that no pics will sync between my devices unless I'm on WiFi.
Once I enabled WiFi, both devices synced. Was it always this way?

I saw that on a friends 4s before on iOS8. Go to settings>iCloud and set find my phone. Either turn on or toggle. That fixed hers for whatever reason.
I'm on regular 8.1.3 and mine does this. If I'm on LTE there is a little bit of text at the bottom of my photos that says it has to be on wifi to sync new stuff. You can download older photos to view the full resolution though. I assume it's there as a safeguard to prevent people from accidentally uploading lots of pictures or videos and destroying their data usage, where downloading the full version is done by user choice.
