iOS 8.3 beta 2 Bug Fixes and Changes

Happening to me too. It's either a big with the OS since it works fine with 8.1.3 or a bug with the app which won't probably be fixed until closer to the release.
I restored back to 8.1.3 because it was becoming too annoying.
I believe Apple are not posting iOS 8.3 betas OTA whilst 8.2 is in testing. You will need to download it from the Dev Center.
So, my regularly scheduled third-party keyboard status check for anyone on this beta:
- Do third-party keyboards still take appreciably longer to load than the built-in keyboard, especially if you haven't used the keyboard recently?
- Is the "slide" animation still choppy and or non-existent for third-party keyboards?
- does the keyboard still sometimes fail to appear in Spotlight? (I.e., has this happened at all?)
- Do keyboards sporadically fail to load or switch to the default in apps, especially Messages?
- any other weirdness?
I know people on this and the last beta have indicated they felt the third-party keyboard experience had improved, but the only definite, measurable improvement I've seen seems to be that you can now leave reviews in the App Store, so I'd love to hear thoughts.

I am running 8.3 B2 on an iPhone 5S. I do not understand the choppy scrolling and animations? This is completely unacceptable.
I get this too. Applied 8.3 beta 2 as update to 8.2 beta 5. Tried restoring network settings. No luck
I have 8.3B1 and Siri has been doing the same thing on both my 6 Plus and Air 2. Dictation won't work either. I'm restoring both with B2 and see if that fixes it.
UPDATE: Fixed it on my iPhone. Just restored the backup after doing a DFU restore to B2. Siri is back!
Also, there is now an alien from Space Invader Emoji.
Edit 2: Anyone have an issue with asking Siri for weather info, tapping on the info and it taking 5-6 secs while the phone launches the app? It'll just freeze on the Siri screen while it waits. Only happens when the app is not already saved in multi-tasking.

We needed better and expanded emoticons, not some politically correct interpretation of the existing emoticons. Since when were yellow emoticons non-inclusive? I don't look like a Legoland person! Nobody does, they're just cartoons. Also, who *ever* uses the flags?? They should sort the frig**** Safari spinning data wheel out instead of poncing about with racial emoticons. Facepalm.
Please keep the anger and ranting out of this thread. Big deal that Apple adds new emoji to keep up with the Unicode Consortium.

iPhone 6 plus bug: in messages if you open the keyboard in a conversation then start to swipe out and release to stay in conversation you keyboard and text entry disappears.
iPad Air 2 bug: while scrolling on a page I tend to swipe up or down with my finger then leave it resting where I stop and most of the time the entire page or part of the page disappears until scroll more.

iPhone 6 Plus - in Landscape - if you open Phone menu from Settings, it will crash Settings app.
Can also comfirm and added. Cannot confirm the Air 2 bug however.
EDIT: I am noticing slowness when I open a new tab on my Air 2 then select a top hit when I start entering text in the search bar. There is about a 2-4 sec delay between tapping the top hit and the page loading. Anyone else notice this?
