and one more question..have you all got at least one 3rd party keyboard installed? (fleksy, swiftkey, minuum) etc.?

when i remove minuum keyboard,my both 5s and mini 2 retina springboard crashed immediately. keyboards may be suspicious apps (my opinion)

I have all three of those keyboards installed but currently using the stock one.

I also have Crimson keyboard too.

we are so close to get the reason ;)

try uninstalling all of them on your device at usage - manage storage ( i use turkish language so that may be different :) ) one by one. and you'll see your device respring immediately.

a keyboard api bug may cause that

It works as long as the crash doesn't occur when the phone is fully charged as the usage won't return to normal after a springboard crash until the phone reaches 100% charge.

every time I have respring, I pull down from the top of screen, all the widgets is minimized as only a title and being reloaded, this is my way to check if ios is respring,

today, I found 2 dashes in my power usage screen, but I didn't found my notification widgets reloaded, I don't sure if it has respring today and I will keep watching!

this resprings may be caused by 3rd party keyboards (poor api, wrong coding) have you got any keyboard installed?

Since installing 8.4 I have noticed two positive things:
  • The number of Jetsam events has decreased
  • The number of resprings has dropped

Yes, I dumped my custom keyboards. Back in 8.3.

I'm seeing more random reboots with iOS8.3 on my iPad mini2. I'm maybe switching to 8.4 OTA.
My iPhone 5s didn't have those random reboots not on 8.3 and not on 8.4

i think swarm or 3rd party keyboards are the most suspicious ones. try uninstalling them one by one, and you'll see a springboard crash will occur at the same time.
In regards to the keyboard do you mean delete the app or remove from list of keyboards?
