Agreed. How they haven't noticed it yet or fixed it is beyond me.
I think it's just one of those bugs. The last time I saw this bug is with the early versions on iOS 8 when the device hasn't been rebooted in a long time. For me it doesn't seem to happen anymore with the iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 8.4) and iPad Air 2 (iOS 9 Public Beta 2). I don't reboot that often unless there's an update really. It's a strange one!

Is the bug when iOS doesn't recognize the "skip when shuffling" option from iTunes still present?

for iCloud Music Library - when you download an album the songs do not get the offline icon. You have to still tap on each song and choose "make available offline". Even tho I already made the entire album offline. Tho I have added 2 Apple Music playlists and those songs did not get added to my library. So that is hopefully fixed.

Since when? The middle of the night (Apple time)?

I don't know. I found out this morning (GMT) by accidentally hitting Software Update instead of About in settings. 1.3Gb on my iPhone 6 and 1.5 on the iPad Air 2. I noticed a significant battery life decrease between betas 1 and 2. That's probably why they released beta 3 one week later.

Will let you know the Build No when it finishes installing.

EDIT Build No 12h320

The offline icon will appear on the top right corner of the album art instead of each individual song when you make an entire album available for offline. It's intentional.

Do you really think I ain't got nothing better to do than troll people in forums?
Clearly it appears that no one else has gotten this beta 3 so far. That pretty much speaks for itself.

A) my mental age is fortunately above 9.

B) I wouldn't troll people on the internet because I've got better things to do.

C) either they released the update and pulled it back and I got lucky, or I really don't know why it wasn't rolled out for more people.
But I've got it.

I tapped Software Update by mistake this AM as I wanted to go to About to check my free space and Public Beta 3 showed up. I've got in on my iPad as well BUT beta.apple.com isn't showing any release notice and I usually get those.
