One bug that's still present is the status bar issue. When you unlock iPhone, the status bar stays the same size for a split second before shrinking down to the normal size.

The status bar on the Lock screen has always been bigger than on the Home screen. Why can't it just be one size?

It's bigger on the lock screen basically so that it's easier and faster to notice it with a quick glance.

Yeah it stated showing up since 8.2 as I recall.

presumably if you live somewhere with iTunes Radio it helps distinguish your own(ed) content from that

Is anyone using an Apple Watch and noticing any sort of issues?

No issues with 8.4 and watch here.
Only issue I have with the new beta is the battery life now depreciates far quicker than normal.

Could you do me a big favor and put these photos into a ZIP archive or something and upload it somewhere or tell me where you got them? Please? I would really like to use these pictures on mine. Its driving me nuts that the smart playlists all use a gear icon.

The only one I have done was the one for my Recently Added playlist. I used the Print function in iTunes to create a mosaic of my favorite covers and then ran it through GIMP and added the text "Recently Added" on it.

Sure. I'll do it tomorrow as its 00.34 here in the UK. I just googled the images (looked for PNGs) then edited using Procreate on my iPad.

I don't have 8.4 on an iPad but I don't see why it wouldn't also be on the iPad. It's also four or more albums to get the album view first before songs. Not three

Has anyone else noticed that the "Next" function has changed when playing music? Before this beta, when selecting "Repeat One Song", you could hit the "Next" button to go to the next track, but on this beta, it refuses to move to the next track if "Repeat One Song" is set.

I think it will be. If they stick with the 2 week releases, beta 4 will be out on the 25th. If another update after that is needed, it be out June 8th... which is the first day of WWDC, makes sense to me. Also, besides a few tweaks for the music app, 8.4 is already pretty stable.

The "add all songs" button has disappeared when creating a playlist, I usually use this to quickly make a playlist of all songs currently on my phone so that if I have problems I can quickly restore the songs without guessing which 1000 of the 10,000 i had on the actual phone.

I do the exact same thing! Hopefully it's just missing in the beta.

I can't decide either. Have 8.4B3 on my iPad air 2. WWDC is 3 weeks from this coming Monday.
