Not so far. The only bug I have come across so far is that I asked Siri to "Call Mom at Home" which it would normally call my mom, but it came back with an error saying something like "something is wrong". After I rebooted the phone it has been fine. Other than that 8.4 Beta 4 has been working great.

Wow, it's amazing that we're on the iOS9 betas now whilst iOS8 remains a bag of spanners. Ridiculous.

Following the usual process. As for iOS 8, it seems to be fairly good for most people as of iOS 8.3. It might not be as much of an improvement as let's say iOS 7.1 was over 7.0, but it's not that far off for most it would seem. And there's 8.4 coming as well.

Yeah I know it's the normal process but it just seems kinda messed up. 8.3 is way better than any other iteration of iOS8 but it's still cruddola on my 6+.

Unfortunately, as is the case with various other iOS versions as well, there are people that have more issues than others. That said, for most it seems like 8.3 is fairly good.
