iOS 8, All The Little Things! [Features Discovered in iOS 8]

Google Chrome was just updated for iOS 8, it no longer shows errors when trying to browse. Tested myself, everything is working just fine.
 
Email Tweak

I also noticed a tweak to emails. I saw this only once, and maybe it was a fluke, but there were options at the top of the screen to "Ignore" or "Add to Contacts". I will attach a photo.

Has anyone else seen this or know how this works?

This is not a bug, supposed to happen

This is new! It'll detect things in the email and give you options. Like calendar events or contacts.

The time that displays in notification from the Messages app are in the wrong time zone. The time is showing up as PST when I am in EST. The time everywhere else is correct.
 
Hey, can someone using the beta answer me this:

If you're using the Siri song recognition: Is there a place where the recognized songs are stored just like in the original Shazam app?

I think it's very convenient to have a list of songs which I can listen to on spotify if I've got the time to.

(Even if Shazam cut out direct Spotify support on the latest update... 😡)

Yes. In your Wish List in any of the store apps.
 
Cool...didn't know there was a Frequently Visited section now when adding a Safari tab.

Not sure if this has been reported yet but:

On AT&T devices the two cellular types are changed from "LTE" and "4G" back to "LTE and "3G". Honestly kind of makes sense to me since AT&T's "4G" network is a load of marketing BS.
