Its not much different

FaceTime is very buggy no back camera support dropped calls etc

----------

Has anyone else noticed that when you snap a photo and then tap the photo in the lower left corner, it doesn't bring up the photo you just took?

facetime has worked great for me

Can you turn the camera around? I'm on an iPhone5 and the camera will not flip to the rear camera. Otherwise, the only real problem I've had is dropping a call sometimes after maybe 15 minutes, especially when using another app (e.g. Kindle).

not sure someone reported this before,

but when iPhone is detecting continuity (or hands-off), bringing the multitask screen comes up like that.

Mail messages remain in the same order, so there is always a logical previous and next message. Notes get re-ordered when you edit them, to move to the top of the list. So, if I open a note, what is "next" is different once I edit that note. They probably removed those buttons due to the inconsistency.

So intuitive.

Never realized you could toggle the playback controls & the clock on the lockscreen by pressing the home button. Guessing this was probably in iOS 7 and I was too dumb to notice. :)

That's been there for a long time actually (though prior to 7 the clock would display by default rather than the playback controls).

One thing about the mail app in iOS 6 and 7 that has always frustrated me is the inability to view flagged messages if they are no longer in the inbox. Is this still the case?

Open Mailboxes at mail app where is inbox and etc. Press edit and make visible "Flagged". Works from iOS 7.0

That's not what I meant. I already have the Flagged folder visible. But the Flagged folder only shows you messages that are still in the inbox. If you archive a flagged message, it won't show under the Flagged smart mailbox in iOS 7.

Hey, would like to know if Apple have improved those problems.
The first problem is that at settings/cellular CALL TIME current period is combined together by outgoing/incoming calls. Why they can't count incoming and outgoing calls separately.
Second problem is that if you have made a lot of calls, at phone application "recents" it can't keep atleast one month logs. Mostly for me one week.

Thank you! It's been working perfectly between my iPhone 5s and 2013 nMac Pro, I didn't know how to use it from my Mac to my iOS device.

So Apple replaced the former "Spotlight" page from iOS 6 to use as the handoff page in iOS 8. Interesting.

Question: I have an email I'm writing open on my Mac and iPhone. As I type on one device should the other one update live?

One reason apple implemented the hey Siri while charging is so you can use it while it's plugged into the car or at home, when it's not in your hands/pocket.

Also could you imagine if every iphone was always listening for hey Siri? If someone said it in a crowded place and numerous iPhones started listening.

The moto x has a speech recognition feature that distinguishes your voice from other people's.

Is there any change to image save dialogue that comes up when you tap and hold on an image in safari. I think right now it just saves to camera roll. I would hope they'd add more options now that iCloud is integrated.

Thanks for anyone who checks this out for me.

Ok not sure how long this has worked, may be new to 8 but if using my flash as flashlight if phone goes to sleep while using, instead of home push and pulling up CC and pressing flash off simply pulling camera icon up half way at LS shuts off the flashlight.
