Nothing could possibly drain a phone battery that quickly without starting a fire. That must be a calibration issue.
Not sure if it is but it never behaved like that when I was on iOS 7..it literally went from 55% to 16% when I opened up maps..I'll try a calibration
Is that an iphone 5 in the screenshot? My battery used to behave like that.

If that is the case then Apple should restrict newer software to newer hardware. We shouldn't need to buy a new iPhone every single year just to maintain decent, at best, battery life. That's extremely wasteful. Even though being wasteful is of no cocern to Apple fans who will throw an iPhone 5 in the trash for a 5S. Just another corporation with planned obsolescence in mind.

Apple products are great, but Apple is pure evil.
