No, only appears at the bottom "Reply" when you press it, skype app is being opened

Really disappointing because we already have that in iOS 7 by clicking on the banner or swipe from the lock screen.

100% that it will be iOS 8.1/iOS 9 "feature" like they did with Touch ID. Atleast they introduced quick reply to sms.
What does this mean? I assumed it meant I can now choose to open links in 3rd party apps in Chrome rather than Safari, but I don't see that option when I try. Does that have to be programmer into each app by the developer or is this something we can enable as the user?
I'm not sure, I think it means that third party extensions can be used when sharing a page with Google Chrome, but I never noticed if they were available before the update.
