No I have no problem with backups. What I'm saying is that if you open an app that uses iCloud save data in iOS 8, the data that's created in that app is no longer available in iOS 7

Well, back to 7.1.1 for me. I honestly can't handle the instability and the new features aren't necessarily to die for. Also quite a bit is missing in this release anyways (handoff is inconsistent, quick type on the iPad, widgets and third party keyboards aren't out yet, etc.)
