Yes it's a nice touch. Music and Podcasts seem to function basically the same. I like the new style.

The first but I have encountered is related to keyboards. Sometimes in certain apps, the letters on the keyboard disappear. I have seen this in Tweetbot and Instagram and Notepad.

Nah, it's said that since midway through the iOS 8.0 betas.

Well, I think they should display the same content every time phone restart. But anyway, this doesn't matter.

View attachment 563766 View attachment 563767 As everyone has said, amazing battery life, but I've found 2 things, not sure if one has been mentioned, and not sure if the other is beta 1 or 2. In Music, if an artist doesn't have album artwork, their music will show as the screenshot shots; a new microphone symbol. And the other is when uploading photos, a changed screen that lets you go from OSX Server, Dropbox, iCloud photos and more.

The first thing is a new feature in iOS 9. The second one might be a new adjustment of music app.

I've got a bug on my VZW iPhone 6 in Mail. In one iCloud account, checked for any spam and there was one - the message appeared and the Mail app's "you've got mail" chime sounded, then the message disappeared - and then these 3 event happened again in a loop in rapid fashion. I used another iOS device on iOS 8.3 to load and delete the spam message; no issues in my other folders/accounts.

Also, FWIW and I know there's a separate thread for battery life - installing B2 over iOS 8.3 yielded a warm iPhone 6 and not-great battery life. I performed a clean install using Apple's IPSW and battery life has been much better - 100% at about 1 a.m. last night and 99% at 8 a.m. this morning. After light surfing, some time with Newsify, and 2 hours talking to clients it was down to 86% while all time was on LTE cellular (no wifi, much thanks to my UL VZW data...).

Yes. This is a big deal. I think this issue also extends to Siri on WatchOS 2 Beta 2 as well -- as it no longer allows calling a contact using Siri.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Spotlight doesn't search contacts -- obviously broken. Siri does calls contacts though. I do that all the time on b2 on both iP6+ watch.

- if icloud is out of storage - you get the option to either "upgrade storage" or "cancel". The "upgrade storage" button just takes you to the home screen

I believe the desktop version option was moved to the share sheet or something to that effect in beta 1.

No I had left it set to mute. Nothing is in its place in CC, only 4 icons instead of 5

Interestingly I cannot even mute the phone by turning the volume all the way down

As long as I see CC button becomes 4 when I assign both software and hardware button to same function, I immediately revert to previous setting.
Seems that I am right.

Anyone else using the Kwikset Kevo lock, and associated app?

Both beta 1 and beta 2, touching the deadbolt to unlock the door causes the app to crash (and doesn't unlock the door).

I still have the fob, and of course the actual key, but has anyone gotten the app to work on the beta?

Slow mo frame rate can't be changed on iPhone 6.

Battery life much better, stable running so far with B2 otherwise. Twitter is the only app that fails for me, Tweetbot is a stable substitute.

Slo-mo frame rate can be changed but they shifted it to settings like the 1080p videos fps too.
