Hmmm i've done a fresh install but it seems whenever I go to the msg app and click the notepad to start a new iMessage then select a contacts phone the first message is being sent as a text instead of an iMessage.

You mean for a new thread, first message will be sent as text message rather than iMessage?

Slow mo frame rate can't be changed on iPhone 6.

Battery life much better, stable running so far with B2 otherwise. Twitter is the only app that fails for me, Tweetbot is a stable substitute.

You have to change frame rate within the settings app.

From your picture, seems that your problem is: iMessage doesn't recognise the contact if they have iMessage activated, at the first time. If what you encounter is this, this is an ancient problem, not only on this beta.

Is anyone facing issue with wifi on ios 9 beta 2 ?? Though my phone shows that it is connected to my network I am unable to browse internet. Some apps are reporting no internet connectivity. Facebook app says retrying lost connection while at the same time I am able to browse through facebook on other devices. And this happened in different places (office, home and friend's place) which shows that the issue is not with the router or network.

I posted a similar issue with wifi on beta 2 in this very thread. I believe it was post number 286 for reference. No one seemed to even acknowledge my issue and just ignored it

It does it with every thread I create then the following message gets sent as an iMessage. Didn't have this issue in beta 1. Unless I already have a thread with the contact going they all do that.

Anyone seeing a problem with Photos? I restored my iPhone 6 Plus and all of my 20,000 photos show no thumbnails, no images, but all placeholders are there with all dates and locations. Can't see any of them though. Super weird. If I turn iCloud Photo Library off, they still stay there, etc.

It's always done that for me since iMessage day one on iOS 5. Usually I wait a few seconds or send the first message and then it corrects itself.

iMessage may also have not been activated (it wasn't when I upgraded)

I don't think this is going to change anytime soon. It's not a bug, but a security feature intentionally implemented by apple.

Its a layout issue you need to press a little far from top icons to actually press it

I haven't had any issues with the personal HotSpot on iOS ever, it works great on every device i have owned, its true that if you have that option ON you can connect to other WIFI, but only if you left the HotSpot page in settings, also, to connect easy at first try any device, you only have to have open the Hotspot page in settings, the every device connects right away, wen 1 device is connected, you no longer need to be in that page in settings to connect any device, but if all de devices disconnect from the hotspot, then iOS will turn of that feta

Same here. Use passcode instead of TouchID to open passwords.

Anyone else using the Kwikset Kevo lock, and associated app?

Both beta 1 and beta 2, touching the deadbolt to unlock the door causes the app to crash (and doesn't unlock the door).

I still have the fob, and of course the actual key, but has anyone gotten the app to work on the beta?

Yes same here, running kevo app on beta 2 with iphone 6 plus causes the app to crash and also doesn't unlock the door...

new Contacts dont seem to synch between devices. added a new person on my iPhone 6 on beta 2 but it does not appear on my iPhone 5 on beta 2 or iPad on 8.3 nor Mac on latest El Capitan
