iOS 9.3 Beta 2 Bug fixes, Changes and Performance Improvements

noooo way with beta 2 now whatsapp doesnt connect on 3g/4g only on wifi, this happened with 9 beta dam this is huge problem
 
I've been seeing a flashlight on/off bug from control center since beta 1. (Didn't see it on the b1 thread bug list) However, I did get this phone the very same day I installed 9.3b so small chance this could be a hardware issue. But it feels like a software issue.

-Occasionally control center will report the flashlight light as "on" when it is not. This happens after I just used the flashlight. Trying to toggle the button only results with the button changing back to "on" when the light is still off. Control panel gets unresponsive for a few seconds, too.

- I find I have to restart the device (6sPlus) to get it working again, until it breaks again. Though I feel like it sometimes will fix itself after a long while. (Not sure on that)

Taking a photo that forces the flash to be used also fixes the control center flashlight button!

I actually disagree. The control center animation on my iPhone 6 is completely smooth on Beta 2. 100% 60FPS smooth. On Beta 1, it was also smooth, but not on the lockscreen or while playing a song. In Beta 2, it's smooth all the time. I am now installing it on an iPhone 5s and will update this with what I find on there.

Holy crap I thought you were kidding but you're right! The control centre is finally 100% smooth, along with the context menus inside it. This is now 8.4.x smoothness.

So yeah. 9.3b2 is the smoothest iOS 9 has ever been. Definitely recommended!

I don't have playlist option under settings for music. I am on latest beta.

Maybe this photo is from an earlier beta, we are far behind them...

They are the same basic size and spacing as the top row of icons … Airplane Mode, Wifi, BT, etc.
 
iPhone 6S Plus stutters in Control Center. It's definitely definitely worse than 9.3 B1

I think this stutters will never be fixed in iOS 9. We would have to wait till iOS 10. iOS 9 is done here as far as the promised performance is concerned.
