Five minutes, and already found the first bug. Something is missing on the left side of the settings app there...

Also updating changed 24h time mode to 12h am/pm on all 3 of my apple devices...

Another hidden new feature is a small PDF editor. If you click on an attached PDF in Mail you can edit and save it. Haven't found another way to edit PDFs.

I have to say, the battery widget is probably the most useless thing I've ever seen. If you're curious what your battery is at, look slightly higher past the widget to the top right of your iPhone's screen.

Not at all. Being able to see my Bluetooth headphone's battery level is awesome. Otherwise I would never know. Without the widget I don't know when the level is going low until it's too late. I have found, not all Bluetooth devices display their battery levels though.

Also there is quick access to hand-off app opened on another device from lock screen. Bottom left corner opposite camera.

Oh, I saw the Selfie folder while using the beta. It includes all photos taken with the front camera of ANY iPhone. Including nudes sent to me by other people! Stupid.
Yeah, I'm really wondering where all the polish went.
This is a pre-2011-Google-grade oversight.
Sometimes I'm astonished by the lack of care Apple puts into new features and then I see Google introducing something and they make that feature smarter and more capable than what I'd expect from modern Apple.

It should be considering it has been live for a number of weeks now for most people who were on iOS 9 beta.

I can confirm that it is NOT currently available on production iOS 9 at least in Long Island, NY. I get the following message when I try to activate it:

"Oops!
WI-FI Calling isn't yet available in your area, but check back soon."

Actually shows the bttery percentage of my bluetooth headphones and apple watch. Surprisingly useful.

I'm not sure who did it, but I just caught my iPad(iOS9)/iTunes(12.3) combo having the Automatically Back Up value set to iCloud in iTunes. I have NEVER had that turned on before, so be careful out there. It's always been set to back up to This Computer, and nothing during the iOS9 after update Q&A made me think that would be turned on. In fact I told it "no" to using iCloud.

Does anyone know if iOS 9 includes cloud sync for text messages and notifications? Having to work those 3 times on an iphone, ipad and a watch is cumbersome and annoying like hell....

It is actually the best features I have ever seen in 9! Knowing how many percentage your bluetooth devices (which normally never come with proper battery indicator) including your bluetooth headset is so much life saver!

Right hand. Left hand.: When I double-click the Home button (iPad) I now get this confusing mashup of all the apps that are running from which I can try to figure out either which app to kill off, or select another app to switch to. When I swipe in from the right I get this complete waste of screen space where all I get to see is 3 1/3 icons at a time. Stupid. At least folders are now 4x4 icons.

Switching through apps is awful now. They need to put it on a grid like the jail break did. It allowed you to quickly see more of what was open and get to stuff faster. This view is so terrible You can only see like 2 things at a time and it cuts off all the content.

And why the heck am I swiping to the right? It should be the other way around! Keep it consistent with the way we initially swipe left to get to the next page from the homepage.
