Funny. It takes jailbreak devs a week at most usually.
True, in the past. Is their expedient resolutions still as fast today or in the past year?

Lol what constraints does iOS or the screen size, resolution, or processing chipset have to limit this from happening ?? Moreover the loads of iOS programmers within Apple to implement such a change?
You listed a few. Let's talk about battery consumption and let's talk about how throwing numbers at a problem isn't a real solution.
Hmm. If we’re going to talk about a range of devices with limitations of chipset and battery against why software should be adapted to NOT change the UI layout, which incidentally uses black of which uses MORE battery power on an LCD screen (majority of iPhones save for the X) then you’d be contradicting yourself.
LCDs need to power each pixel to create black, which is the background of Siri’s presentation ... that uses considerable power each day, week, and month for a few users. Implementing a smaller initial screen for displaying results or to show a confirmation of receipt that Siri heard and executed a request, that’s considerable amount of wasted power.
The only conclusion is that changing this implementation means it would SAVE power and reduce load on the entire components of all iPhones except the X to according date.
Are you seriously arguing that having a process constantly running in the background, which would need to happen if you do think Siri needs to pop up randomly to help you, will use less power?
Proof again that the most imaginative talent doesn’t always work for Apple.

Just as fast, if not faster.
Go google smallsiri jailbreak.
As you look at the layout it mostly was. It was a skinning if iOS6. And like I said “properly” iOS7 from a visual sense was jarring but from a usability aspect it was pretty similar.Really. iOS 7 was pretty iterative for you, then?
