Trade deadline is Wednesday. Last chance to make some deals and with the number of injuries in the NFL some of you might want to take advantage of a trade.

I'm willing to move Rivers, Gonzalez, and maybe a few other players on my roster if anyone in interested.

I wanted to make sure everyone understands that you just have to make the deal and accept it on both sides for it to go through. Standard procedure is that trades will process in 48 hours, but it doesn't have to take that long because the league manager can approve them at any time. So, as long as your trade is made before the 12PM Eastern deadline on Wednesday November 23rd then I will make sure it goes through. :)

praying that succop misses a field goal and the chiefs get shut out!!! only way I can win. Unless all the chief's points are from TDs, 2-pt. conv. or safeties :D

It looks like my season has gone down the toilet, no thanks in part to injuries. 2 weeks and 2 QBs go down, both starting RBs are questionable, and I've had to piece together a WR core that is hit and miss at best.

This sucks! I got distracted by Thanksgiving and forgot to pull Denarius Moore and put in Manningham instead.

ARGHHHH!!! Cost me the week.

I'm not running the show, but I can give you the answer...

In the event of a draw, a tie-breaker is used – the team whose wide receivers collectively score the higher number of points gets the victory.

wow...that is just BS.

1. should go as a tie?
2. what about the bench?!

this makes a huge difference as i play him next. and whoever would have won, would get the playoff spot...now the game is /null.

<---- Messenger.

Please don't shoot! ;)

I prefer a nice draw myself, but that's how the rules are set up. Personally, I find it best to avoid ties by employing Drew Brees as my starting quarter back. :)

oh by no means am i mad at you sir. im not happy with the settings. i really dont get why there cant be ties in the regular season...i win call it what it is..a tie. should NOT get a win tying someone.

brees def made a mvp name for that showing last night.

Sorry you don't like the settings Rick. Ties and tiebreakers were an issue the first season we played the MR league two years ago. At that time the bench was the tiebreaker as this was a common setting in many leagues. There was some discussion amongst the players and it was agreed that the bench is the "bench" for a reason and shouldn't play into a weekly matchup as a tiebreaker.

ESPN has since changed their tiebreaker rules and the only options are to choose an offensive player position to break the tie. So, that means it's either QB points, RB points, or WR points. For our league I chose WR points because everyone starts 3 WR's so this allows for the most equality and gamesmanship.

As far as allowing ties to remain a tie, I guess we can talk about that option for next year if enough people feel like you do. I personally don't like ties in fantasy football. There's a tiebreaker in the playoffs so why not have the same one in the season as well. It's a rare occurance to tie anyway and I think it only serves to muddy the standings. In most sports there is some sort of tiebreaker and only when that fails is the sport willing to "settle" for a tie.
