I ordered my iPad 2 online on Friday April 1. They originally stated that i wouldn't receive it until May 6... but i checked online today and it has now changed to me receiving it April 28... WOOOO HOOO!!! STOKED!

I ordered my 64G wifi black iPad on Apple Canada's website shortly after ordering began on March 25. Shiping date is April 15, and delivery date is April 22. This hasn't changed for me yet.....
My shipping date is April 15, and delivery date is April 22 as well. I ordered on the 25th and waiting for my status to change.
My original shipment date was April 30 Delivery Date May 6... it has now changed to Shipment Date April 25 Delivery Date April 28

My Black 16GB iPad 3G just switched to Prepared for Shipment. Ordered at 1:04 PDT on March 25th. Says it Delivers by April 19th, but I assume it should arrive sometime next week.

I've started tracking all FedEx flights between Hong Kong Int'l Airport (HKG) and Memphis Int'l Airport (KMEM)

Only 1 flight today and it arrives in 2hrs! 11:46PM CDT
And then another flight from Memphis to Toronto leaves at 3:18am CDT (FDX128), which it might make it in time for. And if it does manage to get on that flight I can get it tomorrow!
Otherwise it will have to grab the 4:05pm flight (FDX232)tomorrow afternoon and I'll have to wait until Monday 🙁
Not sure how long the customs will take... Fedex says that "Paperwork available for non-FedEx broker" so maybe the customs guys are already looking at the docs while the iPad is still in the air so it can just breeze through customs quickly?

That would be sweet. I hope you get yours soon. Lol at 9 today I almost snagged one from Fairview via the reserve system but before I could finish the process and select my time for pickup someone else had taken it 🙁
Which iPad did you order btw? I ordered the 32gb 3G. Decided I need 3G since most of the places I frequent don't have free wifi including much of work so I can't really use it on the go w/o it.

I got my iPhone to tether off of whenever needed, which would not be often since I don't plan on taking the iPad out of the home... But whenever it does get out then I got the Hotspot.
I also wasn't in a huge rush to get it either... It is for my dad so that's why I didn't go stand in line for it and even though Apple said 3 weeks shipping, it will come in 2 weeks.
Now do I give it to him before Father's Day or now.... lol
