Ordered one, hopefully it will ship this week![]()
Everyone relax. None of our orders shipped out yesterday. UPS and FedEx do not pick up on Sunday. A tracking number was generated by BH when they prepared your order for shipping. Then your package sat there at BH until some time today, when UPS or FedEx will pick them up for shipping. So if you ordered overnight you will receive it tomorrow.
When did you ordered? Today? What bh said?
Ordered this morning, they said they will fulfill the orders on a first come fist serve basis...the guy expected the order to ship this week..
When ordering via phone, can I just tell agent to get billing and shipping address from my account?
And did you receive confirmation email, and can you check status of your order online?

My 32GB wi-fi is showing as backordered but he said they would have them today for sure. I asked him twice. So hopefully he wasn't just saying that to get the order because I'm not real interested in a pre-order for who knows how long. If it doesn't ship by end of day I will most likely cancel. My card has been charged btw.

If your online order status shows "New Order Processing", you need to call the B&H Verification Department right now. The number is 1-800-622-6265.
I contacted B&H customer service chat for a question about my order and unbeknownst to me, my order was in limbo. The chat rep said this:
"Thank you. Unfortunately, your order is being held by our Verification Department and they are the only ones who can release this order or give you information as to why it is being held. You can send an email to verification@bhphoto.com or call 800-622-6265."
I would have had no idea about this unless I had contacted the chat department about my order.

New order processing means you're on the wait list/preorder. At least for me
I called. It was simple. Apparantly they just want to make sure you are who you say you are. He picked up the phone. Asked me my order number and my name. He then said I am going to call you back at the phone number you provided me when placing the order. I hung up. He called. And that was it basically.
