iPad 2 - iOS 10 error - No update?

I followed the steps to install the public beta, (beta 3). It installed the profile but when I go to software update, it doesn't find the beta to download and install. It only displays "you're currently up to date ios 9.3.3"

I'm using an iPad 2

iPad 2 doesn't get iOS 10, sorry. iPad 4 and newer.
