Congratulations, some moron used a dictionary attack(?) to leak a buggy version and put me on a useless time limit.

Let's hope the time limit isn't too short... hasn't been in the past but could always change. Everyone use TinyUmbrella and save 4.3.3.

I'm glad that I save my SHSH for each firmware as quickly as possible.

Have I tried it at all? Nope. Can I comment on it? Nope. Did I claim that I knew if things were working or not? Nope. Did I simply point out what others have been saying looking for clarification? Yep.

Mind = blown. :rolleyes:

you must be slow. You are only SPREADING more MISINFORMATION on other people's comments. Works for ME! Why don't you start spreading that or TRY it yourself instead. I love how you haven't tried it but on this forum telling everyone its horrible.

DOES NOT CRASH SAFARI: USER ERROR~! The reason Safari reboots (or crashes) is because when you launch it again, it will go back to last previous website which will auto prompt you AGAIN to install Cydia which in turn will obviously relaunch again just like the first time you went on the site. Just don't do it. Stop it and go to another webpage.

Cool story bro. I like the part where I never mentioned that it was horrible. I believe my exact words were that by the sounds of comments almost nothing seems to work. No mention of it being horrible. I think you need to learn what the term spreading misinformation means. "This jailbreak is garbage. nothing works, all the apps crash, it sucks." I think this is more along the lines of what you were looking for me to say. :D

Haters gonna hate and trollers gonna troll. Keep it up - looking forward to your next comment. :D

Anyone tried to reboot the device again after Cydia is up and good to go? Jailbroke, rebooted and Cydia icon was there. Device was lagging so I manually rebooted again. Endless Apple logo/boot now.

does this mean that the ipad 3 could be jailbroken? I'm assuming it will have similar or identical hardware? is this correct?

No this means that the leaker gave a time limit to Comex to release the final version of the JB, because by tomorrow morning the JB will be reverse engineered and Apple's software engineers will have the bug fixed.

This means that they will release 4.3.4 and close the hole. Probably even before Comex will be able to release the final version of the JB.

HAPPY YOU LEAKER.

HAHA, do you really think Apple is capable of releasing that sort of thing over night? I'd give em a week at minimum. Either way, the damage is the same regardless. The only people it affects are those who blindly update to whatever version comes out, and those people shouldn't be in the jailbreak community anyhow.

Historically Apple has patched about a week after devices come out, and it takes them a week or two to cycle the inventory to the point of actually selling devices with the patch... so even if they start working on it Tuesday, it'll be the end of July before anything really changes in the stores.

So I tried the beta, everything works perfectly for me. Still might restore and just wait for the comex version just for peace of mind.

i was just having high hopes for the future. c'mon.

It's one of those things that's just not worth speculating... like who the president will be in 2044... Speculating about that is like when I was a kid talking about what I was going to do as Ambassador to Mars when I grew up... sure it's a rumors site, so some speculation is needed, but you also have to exercise a little restraint and not go too far into asking questions that nobody is technically capable of answering at this point

No luck here on 4.3.3 WiFi. Every link I try, Safari quits immediately. Anyone have a working link?

All these people crying about the leak are silly. I am in agreement that the guy who leaked the PDF AND the stupid blogs fueling the fire need to be castrated, however.

1. if 4.3.4 comes out, DON'T UPDATE. Save your 4.3.3 SHSH blob while you still can.
2. once JBMe 3.0 comes out, Apple will patch it anyway.
3. It does put comex on a time limit that should have never been imposed to begin with. Perhaps it WILL lead to an accelerated jailbreak release.

You are totally right. I have no sympathy for those who "accidentally" update to 4.3.4 if and when it comes out. I still don't know how that is possible anyways.

403 error

I get a 403 error. Safari quits, then I see error 'there was a problem downloading jailbreak files' http error code 403.

I'm on 4.3 wifi

I am currently running 4.3 on my iPad 2 3G. Do you think it is a good idea to upgrade to 4.3.3 from 4.3 to save my blobs? I wasn't able to save them under 4.3.

For the love of god, YES! Update the damn thing if you didn't save your shsh blobs. How hard is it to understand?

I understand saving the shsh but why upgrade to 4.3.3? Curious. I am on 4.3 and no issues with the jail break. Downloading about 15 apps so far.

Well he's saying he didn't save his shsh and I'm assuming the beta didn't work on his...if he hasn't tried it yet, then he must be slow
