Cazz, how many did your store get? We got around 50 of various models. Some more than others. The one I wanted to don't have

We just don't know - no one knows. We can speculate based on other releases, however, I don't think we've had confirmation of this for the UK release

I see your logic clear and simple now. Even though some people in the states got their iPads a few days after ordering, and even though some of the lead times have been proven to be incorrect today already, you are definately 100% right. You know dude, you know.

Nothing at 12. 1am it should be up to order. Maybe 12.30 if the AUS site is anything to go by
most stores wont be getting more than between 35-50 and the 3g ones look the most hard to come by, i checked quite a few stores and they only had one or two of the 3g models, seems to be the 64gb 3g
Online Sales are due to start at 1am most are saying check before as it usually goes earlier!!

That sucks! We got a few and to be honest it should be enough, unless Apple sells out ridiculously fast. Only got like 10 of the Smart Covers to, and none of them were leather. Do you pretty cool though!

haha you're getting so worked up about this like a kid sticking his fingers in his ears going "LALALA i'm not listening!". i don't need to be right or wrong. the facts speak for themselves. you cannot compare our launch to the states in regards to stock and where it is, you can only compare to the Aussies, as they're in the same launch date as us. there is already a shortag. the US had stuff within days as they got the first batches, which were obviously made prior to launch. we're getting them as they make them. seriously, if you don't get that, then you're either deluding yourself or really just not seeing the bigger picture.
now if the aussies start reporting that their's have been shipped in the next day or 2, then i'm wrong and i'll hold my hands up. doesn't bother me as much as it seems to bother you.

I've couldn't decide to go with the green or blue smart cover with black iPad... Ended up 'conforming' and going with blue.
well i wasn't saying that it was definate, just a possiblilty. always nice to be optimistic
it was ages tho b4 they allowed us to use staff discount on the first ipad, wonder how long it will take b4 they allow us to use on the ipad 2, sebastian james said that once the stock level eases then it will be reviewed
