Looks like we can finally expect 2GB of ram in the iPhone 6S...
That won't alter my experience of iOS on a phone one jot then if the iPhone 6 is anything to go by.

The iPad air 2 crushes my 2010 MacBook Pro. This is how far we've come...
That the base storage config is still only 16GB and it should be at least 32 or 64GB.So it has 2 GB of RAM. Now what will the primary gripe be?
One core is disabled like in previous iPads and iPhones ?
So it has 2 GB of RAM. Now what will the primary gripe be?
So I guess this thread from yesterday was correct.

In any case, this blows the Tegra K-1 in the Nexus 9 out of the water.
Well, the iPhone 5 had 3 graphics cores!Odd core numbers are pretty much non-existent in ARM-world, so this is interesting to see. Triple core also helps explain how they got to 3B transistors. Too bad geekbench doesn't accurately report that "L3" cache.
No it's not... Mac mini 2014 Geekbench is over 7000That's better than the new Mac Mini.
Can you provide a link to the score for that Nexus 9. I'm curious
And for all those wanting to see comparison with the iPad Air 1, here it is:
http://browser.primatelabs.com/ios-benchmarks
iPad Air: Single Core = 1472, Multi-Core = 2664
What? previous iPhones and iPads never disabled anything.
So it has 2 GB of RAM. Now what will the primary gripe be?
Screen resolution! Just watch![]()
Well, didn't they say it had 3 billion transistors?
And they also said the iPhone 6 had 2 billion transistors.
