I have an iPad Air 2 that i havent used for the last 1 year and have forgotten the password to, its not even linked to the laptop i use currently so there is basically no way to get into it. All i want to do is restore it to factory settings, i put it in recovery mode, downloaded the latest update and tried to restore it but im getting this message: "tatsu declined to authorize this image on this device for this user"
what should I do?
Ps: I have updated the latest version of iTunes too so that wont help
