Why would this be availble? They deliver on launch day unless some delay in transit around you local hubs happens. Two/one day shipping wont get it to you faster.

Checked my Apple Store Account and it says my iPad Mini with Cellular delivers November 23rd. That is more than two weeks.

Got mine in, black 16gb, delivers to work on 11/2 so I don't sit at home waiting on the delivery guy.

Easy with the App. Mini - 64gb AT&T Black.

Same here for both. Trying the deliver to work option this time. UPS and FedEx like to deliver to my home around 4PM typically. Unfortunately, I leave for work at 2PM. the only exception were the iPhone 5, which came just as I was getting in my car to leave, and the iohone 4S, which came at 9:30AM.

Got mine ordered.. I thought it was odd that they only allow you to order one at a time. I used the store app on my iPad and it went flawless.
